The functional height adjustment is a critical factor with this patient population.  Slight height adjustment changes in the course of a therapy session can mean the difference between successful reciprocation and stepping verses frustration and inactivity.   These changes in height can allow for varying needs in weight bearing, swing through clearance and changes in effective height due to loosening of contractures during activity.  We all know that the needs of patients are constantly changing.  Now you have the ability to change the height with little effort at any time during your session by simply turning a crank, even while the child is walking!!
